Some Random Facts about Me:
I grew up listening to my mother's daily dose of Karen Carpenter music. I think being surrounded by music as a child is what planted the seed of singing within me. It was not uncommon to have me set up a home video session to imitate Celine Dion, LeAnn Rimes and Elvis...Yes, there is a home video of me as Elvis...and lets pray you'll never see it!
My first ever CD was LeAnn Rimes, "Blue." She was just 13 years old when she realeased that album. THAT was the moment I realized that I wanted to be a country singer and be immersed in music. If she could do it, why couldn't I? Right? Not so easy, but I'm still going!
I could live off of ice cream.
I am blessed with the most wonderful, supportive, beautiful family and close friends. I love them more than they could ever know.
I am a firm believer in "being true" to who you are. Someone who is fully themselves and real, I admire and smile with.
I secretly wish I could bust 'a rap.
I take comfort in writing and hope to one day publish a book series called, "22 Reasons and Counting..."
